How the score is made — and what we will not claim.
The readiness score is built to be checked, not taken on faith. Here is exactly how it works — and the lines we will not cross.
Deterministic and rules-based
Same answers in, same result out. The scorer is a pure function of your answers — no black box, no model guessing. You can reproduce your score exactly.
We do not train on your data
Your answers stay in your browser to compute the score. Regulated data stays in UAE North. We do not use your inputs to train anything.
We generate evidence — we do not certify
The platform produces the DPIA, the transparency notice and the audit trail, each pinned to its citation. Only a DIFC-designated body can certify. We give you the evidence; the decision is the regulator's.
What we will not claim
- That you have passed, or that your obligations are discharged. Those are findings only the Commissioner or a DIFC-designated body can make.
- That using regulation10.ae removes your duties. The ASO named under Reg 10.3.1 stays personally accountable.
- That our output is legal advice. Every answer is guidance, pinned to the exact Reg 10 / DPL article so your counsel can check it.
